Two petrol engines and two diesel options comprise the range of engines for the Octavia Liftback and Wagon. A new option in the range is the efficient, yet powerful 90TSI petrol engine. This petrol offering joins the 118TSI petrol engine with has a power output of 118kW, which is combined with a 7-speed DSG - or double-clutch automatic gearbox.

Diesel lovers will enjoy the economical 77TDI or the powerful 103TDI models.

With the combination of the 1.8-litre, 118kW petrol engine and
7-speed DSG, the Octavia reaches a maximum speed of 223km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 7.8 seconds. Combined consumption is only 6.7 litres per 100km, which corresponds to CO2 emissions of 157g/km.

2.0 103TDI diesel
